Using Mobile Tickets

Downloading Your Tickets From Your Online Account

Sign in to your account from your smartphone and download your tickets to your smartphone's wallet for safekeeping, easy retrieval and quick entry at your event. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account from your smartphone
  2. Go to the event for the tickets you want to download
  3. Tap on the button "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Save to G Pay"
  4. Tap ADD or SAVE when presented with your ticket
  5. Your ticket is now available in your wallet

I'm at the venue but I forgot to download my ticket. 

If you have an account and your smartphone, don't worry. Login to your online account, choose the event and download your ticket from there. We do recommend downloading prior to your arrival at the venue.

Can I add my tickets to my digital wallet on my mobile device?

Yes, you are able to access your tickets through your digital wallet by adding them ahead of time.

Are mobile tickets the same as a printed ticket?

Each mobile ticket should be treated like any other valid ticket. Mobile tickets are individually scanned allowing one scan per entry. Any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell copies of the mobile tickets may result in refused admission.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single smartphone?

Yes, you can swipe through your available tickets using your smartphone wallet at the venue, if the entire party is present.

Can I forward my tickets to someone else electronically if I can't make it to the event?

Yes, through your online account manager you are able to electronically transfer your tickets to someone else.

How do I exchange or get a refund on my mobile ticket?

There are no exchanges and no refunds.

What if I don't have a smartphone, my battery died, or something else happened on the day of the event?

If someone in your party has a smartphone, you can login to your online account and download your tickets to their mobile wallet. Make sure you entire party is together when scanning into the theatre.
