What can I bring inside the Erie Insurance Arena?

Are cameras allowed inside the Erie Insurance Arena?
Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside the Erie Insurance Arena at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
Am I allowed to leave the venue and come back?
No. The Erie Insurance Arena has a No Re-Entry policy for all events.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Erie Otters and Erie Bayhawks games require tickets for children three (3) years of age and older. There are three (3) parking garages located within one (1) block from the arena. On street parking is also available.
Where can I smoke inside the Erie Insurance Arena?
Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time. However a smoking area is available outside the building. Electronic cigarettes are not permitted in the arena at any time.
Is there a Lost and Found at the Erie Insurance Arena?

Where is the wheelchair and accessible seating located?
Wheelchair/accessible seating is available on all areas and levels of the Arena. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and one (3) companion seat adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

The Erie Insurance Arena does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings. The Erie Insurance Arena is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
